What To Expect
Arrival Notifaction
At Cleanited Inc, we make your experience seamless. If you opt for notifications, you'll receive a text 30-60 minutes before your technician arrives. While we can’t provide exact arrival times, we optimize our routes daily to reduce drive time and keep costs low. There's no need for you to be home during service; we only ask for easy access to the yard and that any aggressive dogs be kept inside.
Safety Measures
After cleaning, your technician will secure your gate and upload a photo to ensure your pets stay safe. Additionally, all equipment will be disinfected with an organic, kennel-grade solution to prevent the spread of illness.
Yard Cleaning
Your Cleanited technician will thoroughly clean up all pet waste in your yard. Our team follows a systematic route to ensure nothing is missed and will walk your yard multiple times to leave it spotless.
Pet Waste Disposal
Once the job is done, we’ll collect the waste and either place it in your trash can or remove it from your property, depending on your location.

Pricing Policy
Quotes are typically accurate, but final pricing is confirmed after a full yard inspection during the first visit. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll notify you before starting services. For customers who pause services, an initial cleaning fee will apply before resuming monthly service.
Payment Policy
Payment for initial or one-time cleanups is due upon job completion. If you choose to continue with monthly service after the initial cleanup, billing for the remainder of the month will occur during your second visit.
For ongoing services, payments are due on the first of each month, prior to service. A $10 late fee will apply if payments are delayed. If payment isn’t received by the time of the first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.
The monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar, averaged over 12 months, so there’s no extra charge for months with 5 weeks—it's already factored into the pricing.
When linking a debit or credit card to your online portal, a $1.50 test transaction may occur, but no funds will be withdrawn from your account.
Dangerous Pet Policy
At Cleanited Inc, we love working with dogs! Our technicians are comfortable working in your yard alongside your pet.
However, if your dog shows signs of aggression or prevents us from safely completing the job, we will attempt to contact you by knocking on the door, calling, and updating your online portal. If the yard remains inaccessible due to a dangerous dog, you will still be charged for the visit, and we will perform double service the following week.
Winter Policy
Cleanited Inc operates year-round and will always show up when weather conditions are safe, regardless of rain or other unfavorable weather. If service is postponed due to unsafe conditions, we’ll do double the work the following week, and you will still be billed for the full month. This is because the same amount of pet waste accumulates, requiring the same effort.
Clients who keep their subscription active throughout the winter will not be charged for an additional spring cleanup when the snow melts and will continue their service at the same locked-in rates.
No Access Policy
If Cleanited Inc is unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, you will still be charged for the missed cleaning, but we will complete a double service the following week.
Before skipping your yard, our technician will knock on your door and attempt to contact you. You will also receive a notification through the customer portal.
Cancellation Policy
Cleanited Inc offers contract-free services, allowing customers to cancel at any time with a 48-hour notice. You can cancel by phone or update your subscription through the customer portal.
If you pause services during the year, an initial or spring cleanup fee will apply when you resume your monthly subscription.
If you cancel mid-month, a refund will be issued for unused services, processed to the payment method on file in your account.
